Customers are encouraged to re-use their original plastic jar set-up and reorder refill packets of concentrate. This makes the cleaning solution cost less and it also reduces the amount of plastic we bury in local landfill dumps.   
 
In-bound and out-bound charges for shipping water have been eliminated. A petroleum based plastic jar, plastic jewelry basket and lid are eliminated when customers keep their original plastics set-up. Reorder natural cleaning ingredients in a liquid concentrate packet and only provide filtered water.
